Ben Frank's Background Info.

Benjamin Franklin was born on January 17th of 1706 and died on April 17th 1790. I find it rather interesting that his birth date and death date are both on the 17th.

He had many accomplishments, such as:

The first ever political cartoon!

He published Poor Richard's Almanack!

Contributed to Fire Prevention!

And who could forget electricity?!!!
This picture depicts EXACTLY how it happened!

He was also very involved in Politics and helped with the American Revolution and even was one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence. He was also seen as a French diplomat. The French thought very highly of Benjamin Franklin and he was quite popular with the French ladies at parties. After a while, his wife passed and he became a notorious flirt.
